GDPR is required to be implemented by your firm from 25th May 2018.
For those of you that have started the process, the video from SimplyBiz Group’s Regulatory Policy Manger, Mark Greenwood, will act as a reminder of the areas you need to have addressed. However, if you have not yet assessed how GDPR will affect your firm, the headlines here will focus your thinking. The Information Commissioners Office has made it clear that the 25th May is an immovable date and that there will be no period of grace.
