Investing in the Future: Mint Continues Investing in Specialist Talent to Deliver Its Next Chapter
06 Aug 2026
Mint Property Finance has today announced a series of strategic appointments as the specialist lender continues investing in the people and expertise that will support the delivery of its long-term growth strategy.
Now in its fifteenth year, Mint is focused on delivering its next fifteen-year plan, with further investment across key customer-facing and operational roles designed to enhance service, strengthen specialist expertise and support the business's continued evolution.
Two weeks ago, Kamil Mughal joined Mint as a Loan Processor. This week, Daniel Hawley will also join the business as a Loan Processor, further strengthening support for brokers and borrowers throughout the customer journey.
The lender will continue expanding its Credit team in September with the appointment of two new Underwriters, followed in October by the recruitment of an In-House Valuer.
The appointment of an In-House Valuer represents another important milestone in Mint's evolution, providing deeper market insight, supporting faster decision-making and further enhancing the service delivered to brokers and borrowers.
These appointments build on a period of continued investment across the business, including the recent appointments of Zoe Langer, Change Manager, and Ryan Jarman, Portfolio Manager, both of whom have strengthened Mint's capability as it continues investing in its future. Irene Thomas, Managing Director of Mint Property Finance, said: "Every appointment we're making is focused on strengthening the experience we provide to brokers and borrowers. Bringing valuation capability in-house is a key part of that, giving us greater market insight, supporting faster decision-making and reinforcing our commitment to delivering the responsive, relationship-led service that defines Mint."
Collectively, the appointments reflect Mint's commitment to ensuring it has the right people, specialist expertise and operational capability in place to deliver its next fifteen-year plan while continuing to provide the responsive, relationship-led service on which the business has built its reputation.
