YBS COMMERCIAL TEAM COMPLETES HIGHEST VALUE DEAL-TO-DATE

The Midlands hub of YBS Commercial Mortgages have completed their highest value deal-to-date, with a loan worth more than £10 million.
The team, based in Birmingham, finalised a deal for a real estate client with a complex set of requirements, including a large portfolio of 30 properties.
The loan was confirmed at a rate of 3.35%, fixed for five-years on an interest-only basis, and was tailored specifically to meet the requirements of the client.
The tricky case, which included the creation of new long leasehold titles, progressed from application to offer in just eight weeks, with another four weeks to completion.
