Jordan McBriar

Jordan McBriar

Director

Having come from a property and finance background Jordan initially started his career as an Estate Agency in the middle of the 2008 recession. After 5 years of continual growth Jordan decided it was time to facilitate the acquisitions of property as opposed to selling them in early 2013 and went on to create Adapt Finance.

Utilising his contacts, as well as bringing in family and extended family members, Adapt soon became a recognised force within the short term bridging market collecting various awards along the way – some that were firsts for brokerages.

Growing market trends saw Adapt specialise in development, bridging and commercial finance solely within the B2C sector which had led to further accreditation.

Jordan, and Adapt, have become a market leader in service offering the same levels of care to both their clients and the lending partners – something which he looks forward to bringing to the Association.
