Download or complete an online form and submit to our Membership Team. They will then contact you with details regarding your membership fees which you will be asked to sign and return. On receipt of the required forms you will be issued with your Member access.

Financial Intermediary and Broker Members

Whilst fees are based on individual memberships, for more than five memberships, a maximum fee payable by any firm will be £138 per month, regardless of the number of individual FIBA Members
