During the year that marks our 5th Anniversary since launch in 2018, we continue retain our keen focus on the future, looking in depth at the positive activity we can expect to see in the specialist property finance sector.
We are committed to making plans that will lead to a stronger specialist property finance sector, despite the current climate suggesting that 2023 might present challenges, and already there is much to look forward to, which we will discuss during the Conference in March.

As ever, up for interrogation and exploration are the four key elements of our industry in bridging, commercial mortgages, development finance and specialist Buy to Let, which will feature in our seminar sessions which will include further discussion on both the growing requirement for education and best practice across our industry to further support your business and its future development. Alongside this programme there will also be a growing number of our Lender and Professional Partners, representing all areas of the industry, who will be keen to network in the Expo Area.
Last year, FIBA took the decision to partner with the Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) to support the movement of their Northern event back to Manchester MBE has a long-established history and covers the other aspects of property finance, including first charge, which is closely associated with our own specialist property sector. This move provided a range of opportunities and attracted a significant audience offering great transport links from all of the UK’s premier cities, which made and will continue to make it easy for more of our members to attend. It was never our intention to cater just for brokers across the region, we were always committed to staging an event that would bring the industry together in a vibrant city location to celebrate our successes and look to build a stronger future.
This event proved to be a strong networking opportunity for all of those involved and once again the team at FIBA are looking forward to welcoming you to MBE Manchester on 21 March.
